Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays.

Delivery times vary based on your shipping option selected at checkout. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

If you’d like to update your address or cancel an order, please email us at hello@mydarlingpets.co.uk within one hour of your purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though changes may not be possible if processing has begun or if the request falls outside business hours.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging and in resellable condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised items. For sets, the entire set must be returned for a refund.

If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos to help us resolve the issue efficiently. For faulty products, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Note that refunds for the original delivery charge will be provided only if the item was incorrect, damaged, or faulty, with all items returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as customers are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely.
